it is best to be straight forward and honest. the person will have to be treated b4 i would sleep with them again and if he doesnt care about your well being that pretty much sums up how he feels about you.

Tell them if they want to continue to have sex with you they had better get treated or you will no longer be with him. IF he truly loved you he would go with you to clinic and you both get treated together. Don't waste your time on a loser and find a partner that cares about his health and yours.

If you are concerned about their well being you need to tell them ASAP. If they don't want to get tested, then maybe it's because you took too long to tell them & they think that you didn't think it was important enough to tell them sooner so why should they get tested.
