Some answers were close but no cigar.
1st, shout and shake - quite self explanatory really. You try to get her to respond to outside stimuli but shouting and (not too hard) shaking her by the shoulders.
This could be a good point to shout for help a couple of times incase anyone is out of sight, but in ear shot.
2nd, If she doesn't respond, put your ear to her mouth and look down at her chest. If she is breathing you should be able to feel her breath on your ear and see her chest rising and falling. I
If this is not happening you have identified that she is not breathing.
3rd, Look in her mouth incase something is blocking her airway. If so take it out.
4th, If you are feeling confident you know what you are doing, start resusatation - 2 breaths to 15 compressions is current i believe. To do this you tilt the head back, close the nose and cover her mouth and blow. Twice. Next locate her bottom rib and go two fingers down. This is where you press.
Do this a few times then either go get help or phone from a mobile etc. Keep going until help arrives.
I should stress, do not try ressutitation unless you feel you can do it properly. Take a first aid course!
Always remember: DR ABC.

well first and foremost, you should do is check in they are awake, don't just assume they're unconscious. Second is dial 9-1-1 or if someone else is there tell them to call 9-1-1 and get a AED, or life guard. Next is something called the ABC's: (Airway, Breathing Circulation) feel for a pulse, watch her chest(no not to see if shes busty.. usually you can tell if she is breathing this way.) and finally listen for breathing. If she's pulse-less and breathless, you should start CPR.

You check for a pulse first and try to wake her up. If there is a pulse, get help immediately and keep her warm by covering her up.
