Foremost thing is to be happy and tension free. If one is tension free then cholestrol level will not rise at all. Do Kapal Bhati Yoga daily.

Cholesterol controlling can be done by altering your lifestyle a bit.Use skimmed milk for your daily requirements or just use cows milk as it has minimal fat content.Avoid fried food,junk food.Use olive oil.Best to lower cholesterol .Exercise is a must,go for brisk walking for 45 min or increase exercise as your fitness levels.Do some yoga.And then smile cause you will have a very much lowere cholesterol and a healthy life.

Don't worry about foods high in cholesterol. A lot of people don't seem to know this but the only thing that raises your cholesterol levels is saturated fats and trans-fats. Look on the nutrition labels if you aren't sure which foods have high saturated fats. Fiber and Exercise lowers your cholesterol also

i believe u r doctor of philosohphy, correct.
u must be alarmed by some sudden news, some relation, TV advt. by some oil company ( husband lifting a light wt female, he may be having another triple the size from his first legal marriage).............
these all are gimmicks to generate fear in u, and sell some product; still not control ur cholestrol!!!
only method to control it -------- go for 45 min brisk walk in the morning......... and concentrate on walk and not on other walking animals!!!

If you have problem of high LDL level:
Try eating more oatmeals.
Try eating something that contains more HDL cholesterols.
Stay away from food that saturated fat.
Low sodium diet
Start regular exercises.
There are medication that help control the cholestoral

This can be done by modifying eating habits so that more fiber is eaten. Eat less carbohydrates and the right type of fats. Saturated and Trans fats are out. Take on regular exercise to utilize excess calories consumed and to work the body.

Just control your diet avoid fatty food
Drink two glasses of water ( preferably warm water ) on a empty stomach go for a walk or do some light stretching exercise.

Doing exercise is the only way out in case you are not able to control your diet. Do cycling and use tread mill for atleast half an hour daily.
