When today they say any one of those will kill you deader than hell in 25 years?now they worked harder, but come, on. Some of those 95 year old guys ate nonstop fried cholesterol and smoked lucky strikes, while being mostly pickled.

Add-on: even if they did die young (60's), do you think they were happier not knowing every choice was fatally dangerous?

I don't eat fruits or veggies. I know that they would aid in this, but I just don't eat them. I eat mostly baked meats (chicken, pork, lean beef, and turkey), whole grain wheat bread and I drink 8-12 cups of water daily. I like Golden Graham cereal w/o milk. I drink orange juice and grape juice (100% fruit juice). I eat a plain ice cream cone or one chocolate chip cookie once or twice a week. Any suggestions? Fiber supplements? Cleansing? HELP!!! I am trying to lose weight through exercise and being more conscious of what I eat but my stomach often feels hard, bubbly, and swollen. I know that my diet is whack but it's worked for me in the past. I am in my mid thirties and have no medical problems that I know of. My measurements are 36-33-46. I'm not obese but I am overweight. I just want to be able to eat, digest and get rid of the foods I consume normally. I fear becoming dependent on laxatives so I use them very sparingly.

i've never broken any bones all my life yesterday i was just playing with my causins having a race then sudenly i slpippid over kind of bent my hand and wist forward u know when u bend ur hand mine went completely bent forwards so my arm almast touched the floor when i bent my hand after that it was so painful i couldent move it well side to side and up and down it felt really swollen fom the hand bit and the bottom of the wist its got alittle better butit still hurts when i move it and carry things with it is it broken or anything and will it get better

I have been addicted to nose spraty since 1985. I use it about 10 times a day. My dad was addicted to it, too. Until it stopped working for him. He says I will eventually have to stop using it, too. What will I do? I can't breathe without it!!!
