My husband acts like he is..He is a complete idiot when he finds onions in a recipe...I love onions yum yum. I personally chomp on a whole raw vidalia, just to tick my husband off ..But answering your question..I dont know anyone allergic to onions!

I know one person who is. Very strange,
Onions, Shallots, chives and leeks are all in the same family
as Garlic - the Allium family.
I think it's mostly to fresh onions or onion juice,
not so much powdered.
