As a mother of 4 this question is easy what works really good is any cream that you would use for a yeast infection ie: Monistat
used it on my girls and diaper rash was gone within a couple of hours.

Make sure the baby doesn't wear a wet dipper too long, and stays clean and dry on their tush.Baby rash ointment helps, also baby powder/cornstarch.The baby might be allergic or some dippers babies react different to so it might be the dipper. If nothing works to get rid of rash go to doctors.

You have to wash the part that have the rash pat it dry with a soft clothes and put abundant corn starch and try to leave the child without a daiper please it would take around 4 or 5 hours to get rid of it...and every time you change a daiper use corn stach instead of regular talcum powder...hope this will help...it did to my children.
