Its the management not the NHS thats the problem

Sorry, but what do you suppose National Health Insurance payments are supposed to be for?
The problem with the NHS is not that they do not get enough money, the problem with the NHS is that they spend it badly.
I think it is fair to say that one could comfortably get rid of 30% of NHS staff, without effecting medical care one jot. The problem you see, is the number of bean counters and red tape mongers.
Get rid of them and the NHS could be among the best in the world on the money that it gets right now.
Hey, Excuse me, Northcarrlight, WHEN did the government last do the bidding of the people? You must have your head in the clouds mate, that stuff stopped happening back in the 60s.

We already pay taxes to fund lazy **** administrators who infest the NHS. I would prefer to see more efficiency and less haphazard procedures. That would give us first class hospitals.
