i would suggest you go the A and Department, at once you need put your arm in a sling not the elevation one. form the history you have given it suggest two possible out comes to me 1) broken or fractured, 2) a sprain, since the signs and symptoms of these two injuries are very similar, you need an Xray. i think if broken about 6 - 8 weeks, a sprain not as long.

Can you tell me please what is causins, slpippid, wist and couldent.
Do you know, when you type your question in the box, just above the box is a small box with abc and a tick inside and it says check spelling, if you click on that button it will do a spell check for you. Not only does it help you it also helps us to understand your question, do you think you might have enough strength in your ""broken wist"" to press that button in future?

Yes, it could be broken, and if you don't get it re-set properly you could be left with lasting pain and maybe even a deformity.
At best it is a very bad sprain and if you go to your ER or doctor they will at least be able to strap it up and give you some painkillers.
If it is broken, it will probably take about six weeks to heal, a sprain quicker. But do see someone soon to get advise.

Sounds like a sprain which would be bruising but only in an ankle or wrist. Takes ten days to cure up and its a waste of time. If you can stretch all yours fingers out you will not have broken a bone

You most probably have torn some ligaments in your hand and only time will help to heal these, but the better part of valor should tell you to seek medical attention just to be on the safe side and prevent any further complications.

Go the hospital now, although it might start to feel better if it is broken, it will heal badly and be ruined for life.
I broke my wrist and the Dr's did not believe it was broken for 6 weeks, then they discovered it was. Now its virtually useless and its too late to fix it.

You need an x ray, it could be broken and if you leave it to heal itself then you will have problems later that could involve surgery. Go to casualty and get it looked at xx

'get professional advice on this one', but try and keep elevated possibly in a sling, ice for no longer than twenty minutes at a time. RICE = rest ice compression elevation
Get well soon.

Me thinks you should either deal with it, ice it, or go to the doctor. Or all 3 in that order!
