I tend to get nauseous every morning; I suspect my blood sugar drops during the night. You might try eating just as soon as you wake up to see if that settles your stomach. It also happens when I'm stressed out or if I don't get enough sleep the night before.

The pill can make you sick. Especially since you are taking it in the evening then throwing up in the night. I would say you need a different one or if you just started, sometimes it makes you sick for a few months.
