Is It possible for someone to be born with a trait for herpes?? I mean someone had to start the whole thing somehow... anyway, the reason I'm asking is because I get cold sores all the time, but I've never done anything.

I'd like to know what people think...if a person has an STD and does not inform their partner of their status before sexual relations occur, should they face criminal charges? If so, what do you think the minimum charge should be?

Do you think that people with HIV or AIDS who deliberately expose their partner to it face attempted murder charges?

I'm not talking about unknown or accidental circumstances here. I'm talking about people who already know but do not tell their partner for whatever reason.

In the modern day, most of the people I know and have spoken to have for a while, had unprotected sex with people they didnt know, or had only known a very short time. My genuinely serious question is, how many people on here have done something like that, and would you be offended if a partner asked you to get tested for STD's or AIDS?

I wanted him to get a blood test before we sleep together, but he just gave blood about 5 months ago. he showed me his red cross card that has his blood type etc. on it. so does this mean 5 months ago that he was free of any diseases? (hep, hiv, etc)

i did my 1st pap test in dec 2006 & it came abnormal & doctor found hpv virus then after i did repeat pap in last week & it came normal this time.i never had se with anyone than my husband & my hubby too.i did some kissing & touching with 3/4 people but never had intercourse.then how i got hpv?why this time my test came normal this time?

ok well this has never happind to me befor i have been wiht my bf for a while now the forst time we had sex was 5 months ago!! and im sor it dont take that long for soemthing to show up right?? well all he was dong was (fingering me) and i felt something wierd. so when i lookd down the left side of my ***** was red and swollin like and it hurt real bad!! this has never happind and it didnt look normal he had gottn testen he had nothing,, like i said we have had sex or him (finger me) along time now first time was 5 months ago i need help what could this be??

K me and my girlfriend were fooling around last night and we didn't have sex but we did do other things. We didn't do intercourse at all, but my hand had semen on it after, and I wiped my hand off. About 2 mins later, I "used my finger" in her, and that was pretty much it. She is on birth control and has been taking them regularely, but is it still possible for her to get pregnant? If we didn't have intercourse at all and she took her pills is it possible? Anyways the next day she says her stomach hurts, so I don't know. Is she just sick, or is she pregnant? I need an answer ASAP!!

ive went to many different doctors ive had a lot of tests and evrething is fine but I ve been suffering of chapped lips since 5 years ago 365 days of the year and nobody tells me why i didn't used to have them like that till i had sex with a guy having anal sex with no protection. I was the receivier and after that day something yellow started to come out of my anus and i had a pain there too but i didnt go to the doctor till 6 months later and I was treated for gonorrea with different antibiotics and the yellow thing stopped but but the pain has been there always less than it used to but i wanna know if somebody can help me and tell me what can it be or where do i need to go ive been seen by proctologist, urologist and they all say i dont find anything. Ill appreciate your help.
