ive went to many different doctors ive had a lot of tests and evrething is fine but I ve been suffering of chapped lips since 5 years ago 365 days of the year and nobody tells me why i didn't used to have them like that till i had sex with a guy having anal sex with no protection. I was the receivier and after that day something yellow started to come out of my anus and i had a pain there too but i didnt go to the doctor till 6 months later and I was treated for gonorrea with different antibiotics and the yellow thing stopped but but the pain has been there always less than it used to but i wanna know if somebody can help me and tell me what can it be or where do i need to go ive been seen by proctologist, urologist and they all say i dont find anything. Ill appreciate your help.

could very well be a hemroid
feel around your anus and look for a bump, kinda feels like a big pimple, it will be notiecable
or it could be a anal fissure, a small tear in the lining of the anal canal which couldve occured durning the sex. Once an anal tear occurs, it may happen again, leading to repeated injury of the tissue.

I would certainly go to see another doctor and rush to the nearest clinic for both medication and advice.
