I have constant sinus issues, pressure with terrible headaches and drainage. The doctor has given advice but none works for very long periods. Any tried remedies anyone has tried without constantly having to take medicine.

I have been snoring loudly and I smoke 2 packs of cigarettes daily. I have quit smoking before. During the times I quit, I swear my snoring was decreased substantially. A friend of mine said smoking has nothing to do with it. I believe the smoking does have alot to do with it. Does anyone know who is correct?

my mother want written proof that years of drinking and mixing perscription drugs are distroying her. She has a constant infection in her body. her arms are black, her legs and feet r swolen and black , she has had several back surgeries. she wants a device in her back that will give her the meds she needs. The dr told her she cannot drink any alcahol. I am concerned and dont want her to die, She said that if I can show her proof that drinking and mixing the alcahol is causing her all his misery she will believe. Please help me help her. I live in NY with very good radiator steam heating but I'm not able to turn it on and off at will. But for the last 6 years I've gotten a sinus infection even though I use a humidifier, saline solution mist, saline gel, I drink a lot of water and I take vitamins, nothing works. My Dr. said I have a slight deviated septum, but not enough to merit an operation. Any suggestions?

Thay say it weakens the lungs and kids easily get sick like colds and cough because of bathing them that way.
