i've always heard that hookah isn't harmful to you but now i found out that it is...i want to tell others too about the harmful facts about it...so please tell me what it contains accurately as possible so i could shut these ppl up...thanx

Well, you could put a lot of things into a hookah. Hashish, opium, marijuana, tobacco, etc. Smoking a tobacco-filled hookah is going to have about the same effect as smoking cigarettes. I shared one once with a couple of friends and ended up with a sore throat and scratchy voice for a few hours.

hookah is a water pipe to smoke hash.. it has got water in the bottom and a hash bowl up top and you inhale the hash smoke thru the water to make it more pallatable.. so you don't cough
