When do you use your inhaler?

I know really I should when I start to get wheezy but i prefer to try breath slowly and get through ot that way so i dont become too reliant on my inhaler.

This does not work most of the time. Please tell me what I can do or how I can help him stop snoring. And, yes, I do love him.

so it really only seems to happen during the winter or cooler months.

but every morning i wake up with this dryish-sore throat, and my nose is stuffy, and it feels like i have something in my lungs which gives me a slight cough.

i dont know if it doesnt happen in the summer/warmer months because i have my windows open or if it is because the air is generally drier in the winter/cooler months or what.

is there anything else that causes this? and any other fix?

I just recovered from a respiratory illness. Would working at the radiology unit be unsafe because of the exposure to radioactive particles? Thanks for any input.

Last year I found out that my mom smoked cigarettes the last 3 months she was pregnant with me. I was born with chronic asthma. I'm 20 now and it's just as bad as it was when I was little. I asked my mom if she thought her smoking has anything to do with my respiratory problems and she thinks it doesn't. I found this to be incredibly infuriating, as I can't even laugh hard without triggering my asthma. Any thoughts on this?
