His symptoms seem to indicate epilepsy but its severity would have to be diagnosed. Be sure he gets to a doctor, the sooner the better.

This is called silent fits. Its happening in the brain, where we cant see anything happening outside. The body goes stiff. This is very serious. Please bring your bro to consult the Dr/specialist IMMEDIATELY. Furthermore, you are telling it happened twice. You shouldn't let it happen again. Take care of your bro.
