This does not work most of the time. Please tell me what I can do or how I can help him stop snoring. And, yes, I do love him.

you sound like my girlfriend, I snore a lot and it keeps her up so now I'm scheduled to go to a sleep physician to diagnose the problem. I actually have to have a monitored, overnight stay(a sleep study).

Snoring can be because of sleep apnea, obesity, deviated septum, sinuses. Its best he get checked out for both of your sakes.

Ask him to got to the doctor and get a presegure done in his nose that will help him stop snoring in the mean time go to the pharmacy and get some snoring patches and have him put it on his know ask the pharmacit they will be able to help you. Then you will be able to sleep with your husband again tell him your concerns tell him you are sorry buit that he does not let you sleep that his snoring is very loud get a vedio camera so that he can see and so that he can understand and if all else fails everytime he snores wake him and up and tell him you are snoring I can not sleep.

Does he ever stop breathing for a few seconds? If so he may have sleep apnea. And if that is the case, he should see a doctor. You would have to watch him and listen to him to determine this, because he wouldn't know.

there are some things like snore enz sprays and little nose bandaid looking things ypu can find at local drug store...if it gets realy bad...like if he wakes himself up or something it could be sleep apnea...my dad has it...im not super sure exactly what it is tho

you can tell him to get tested for sleep aptnea.. i have that and have a breathing machine i have to use every night.. you stop breathing and it also makes you snore really bad.. good luck

Sleep in separate bedrooms! It works for me.
