After I graduated from college, I worked sixteen hours a day 6 to 7 days a week writing and photographing every day for ten years plus working out one hour a day. A year ago, I started getting awful pains everywhere. I got lots of tests and it turns out I have ulnar nerve and medial nerve damage in both arms four ruptured disks in my back and numb legs and feet. Now anything I do hurts really badly. I want to completely rest for six months or so because I can barely work at all. (I probably shouldn't even be typing this), but technically there is no specific disease I have. Can I apply for gov't disibility based on those problems with a chance of getting approved?

I am afraid that they will fire me, I have done everything I can do to fulfill my obligations, I usually go to work at 5 am and come back around 7 or 8 pm,
I feel scared for my children I have to sustain, I think about having a hearth attack or something so I die without committing suicide.

I went to the doctor on friday to find out the results of a kidney xray. I found out that I had a kidney stone in my right and apparently I have an abnormality in the left kidney in the renal column (Bertin column or column of bertin). I realise this is probable quite a tough questions (i could not find much on the internet) but could anyone tell me:
1) what part of the kidney this is
2) what kind of issues or problems occur with this.

Thank you

I hope that I am not part Jewish because I know that there are certain diseases that only people of a Jewish ethnicity can get such as Gaucher disease. It is possible that it could be German or Irish blood and I was wondering if I could have a DNA test to tell for sure (to at least rule out the Jewish blood). Are these expensive?

I returned from a year in Iraq over 6 months ago, but I still have serious problems falling asleep. I have to usually stay up to the point of exhaustion, even if I did the same thing the in the days prior. 4 and 5 hours of sleep are the norm. While lying in bed I have intrusive memories.
The army doctors gave me some ambien which worked temporarily, but makes me act real funny once it kicks in. Anyone else have similar issues?
