I just had a bad head cold and had to blow my nose constantly and now I have little coldsores on my nose?

and they are very very painful. My nose hurts sooo bad! what could i use to relieve the pain?

The sores in your nose is just from irritation and nasal congestion and infammation. they are not coldsores per se, which is caused by the herpes virus. Try applying a little bit of Vick's Vaporub. It works wonder for me!
