Contact OHSA- Department of Occupation, Health, Safety, Association. Document all safety violations and report also to local code enforcements. I'm sure they will find violations and make sure they are corrected. There could be a fire hazard== the key is find the violations!! Employers are required to provide safe environment for their workers. Be quiet as you check around..

Currently theirs no upper limit in law, their is a lower limit that is inplace for all work places with obvious exceptions like freezer warehoses and cold stores... but if its a work room and its too hot, your employer is required to provide chilled drinks free of charge.

We had this out with a workplace through our union and when the temperature reached a certain point, they provided iced drinks.
