I am 35 yrs old male. One week before i had dizziness in the night with palpitations and hot cold sweating. I was rushed to emergency services where after lot of tests they told i have severe vertigo. After remainging two days in hospital and lots of physiotherapy i am still not completely cured. When i lay down i still feel some head circles (dizzinness) and have problem of balancing when walking on street. Can it be problem with my eyes or can it be cervical .Pls help what to do.

Sounds much more like an ear problem to me. Have you seen an ear nose and throat specialist? Your symptoms sound a lot like Meniere's Disease but you didn't mention anything about your ears buzzing or ringing or any loss of hearing yet. However I would be looking at that and seeing a specialist to discuss my symptoms.
