I am afraid that they will fire me, I have done everything I can do to fulfill my obligations, I usually go to work at 5 am and come back around 7 or 8 pm,
I feel scared for my children I have to sustain, I think about having a hearth attack or something so I die without committing suicide.

I'm not afraid they will fire me but I was in a similar situation last year. Working 12 to 19 hours a day everyday and they kept asking more of me. I finally just laid down the rules for them, no more than 10 hours a day 6 days a week and every other weekend off. If they didn't agree i would go get another job. I'm not sure what your background is but as for me I know I wouldn't be long without a job. Your health comes first, explain that you believe it is suffering and things must change. It is better to be unemployed than dead.

I think you need to quit your job, but first go around and start looking for another job. it is not worth the stress you feel. i understand you need to support your family but you can do that without wanting to die. I was in the same situation as you and now I'm going back to school for something I enjoy doing. You need to find out what you want out of life and pursue. You're never too old and your dreams are never far from reach. Good luck to you.
