Ordinary pimples can not be spread through contact with another person.
If, however, you have a pimple that becomes infected with a staph infection (most often caused when you pick at the pimples). A staph infection will manifest itself with pus. (Pimples contain whiteheads which are not the same thing).
If you get a staph infection, then yes, it could possibly spread to another person by direct contact (face to face) But, I would venture to say that this is fairly rare.
Be sure to wash keep your skin clean--

Some pimples are caused by bacteria, those can be spread. Pimples caused by oily skin aren't spread, but if your skin gets oily from the kiss, you might develop your own pimples. Washing your face prevents this from happening.

Acne is a disease of the hair-oil follicle. Therefore, acne cannot only be found on the face, but also appear on places such as the chest and back. When oil, flaked skin, and bacteria (germs) get into this follicle, it can cause the follicle to become inflamed and irritated causing blackheads and whiteheads.

Pimples are not 'disease.'

It's more of a condition due to blocked pores, and contact with it doesn't mean anything.
