The kidney transplant the recipient has to match the donnor yes is predisone a anitrejection drug patients have to take antirejection drugs for the rest of their life so their immunosystem to reject the new kidney. blood test are taking so often ..can antijection drugs cause polyps of the collon intestines and effect the blood and the body and imumosystem.please explan to me why tell me dose the new kidney sometimes fail after so many years dose it have to be replaced

My blood pressure is sky high. I sleep all day due to pain killers. I use cold compress on my neck and forehead. Nothing seems to be working. What can I do to stop this horrible migraine. I have talked to my doctor and they told me to just take tylenol and drink lots of water. What else can I do? My life is just ruined becase of these migraines. I cannot preform my daily activites. I'm in bed all day and night.

i mean its gotten to the point where most nights im either up tell 7am or i have to take sleeping pills just to be able to get some rest for work the next day.and i hate taking them.but is there any tricks or tips to help me get to sleep, i would really like to hear from doctors or just anyone who knows what will help.

I have tonsillitis, and it infected my inner ear, and ruptured my eardrum, but it seems manageable now. I'm taking a natural antibiotic, aspirin, C, and zinc. And watching what I eat and resting. Is this as serious as some friends say? I don't have any money or health insurance.
I'm not in pain right now, but I lost four hours sleep last night to excruciating pain in my ear before it re-ruptured and drained.

ive been having flutters (daily) sometimes when i play sports and sometimes when not. IV'E been really anxious and stressed out because THESE FLUTTERS KEEP making me think i have a heart condition and ive had a holtor monitor,ekg,echocardiogram, and a 30 day holtor , everythings came back normal my cardiologist said my heart was perfect and they presume it's anxiety/ panic disorder ...But latley ive been having the Flutters when i run hard play basketball and run hard while i play soccer and my heart flutters and shakes..Even when im just chillin at home ..sometimes just a little flutter or shaking quiver ..idont know what it is and im really scared. it happens when im nervous and anxious and happens when im not . i wanna know why they happen and if they'l go away im onl y 15 years old

Recently, every morning I've been waking up and my whole body is shaking. It's not violent shaking but it's worse than how your hand shakes what youre public speaking. It's hard to describe. I personally don't think it's nerves from a bad dream because I never remember my dreams. I go to the doctor all the time so I don't want to go again, especially since it usually ends up being me worrying. Also, for the past month now, I get a reasonable amount of sleep but NEVER feel rested! I am currently taking - Birth control, protonix, vitamin b complex and women's one a day.

I have sinus infections every year when the weather changes. Well this time I have the worst pain around my eyes and cheek bones. I have already seen the doctor and she said it was probaly just another sinus thing. She gave me medicene for it but that only makes it worst. Should I see her again??

I just ate a whole bunch of grapes that I hadn't washed. I just grabbed them and then my mom asked me if I had washed them, I said no. She started listing off things like tapeworms, pesticides, DDT, and everything else! My stomach is kinda hurting right now, but it might be stress. I don't wanna die!

I take 2 perscriptions for complex partial seizures 2 times a day. I AM going to the doctor to have my levels checked. However, at the moment it feels as though my medication starts wearing off before I should take the next dose. My body is "addicted" to this stuff and I HATE that. Why would this happen? Meds too high or too low? Body rejecting it? Happened to anyone else?

Recently, as of yesterday, I have had this crazy feeling in my arms that comes and goes.. its a tingly, almost numb feeling, in both arms... it also starts to feel really cold (my arms do) what can this be? Its the WEIRDEST thing. there is no pain involved, just annoying. What could this be... it almost feels as though my arms are asleep.

my friends think that there could be something wrong with me cause i dont eat i tell them not to worry but they dont lisen. i am always shaking and i always have headackes. sometimes i get lightheaded and dizzy i only eat one meal a day that is dinner. i think eating is over rated i am always tired and i feel sick if i dont eat and i feel sick when i do eat. i sometimes get chest pain and i am always getting sick i am tired all the time i cant eat when people are mad at me or when i am sick or tired or stressed. i lie about eating food i think food is am award and sometimes i will let my self have a snack durning the day i feel like i need to be in control and that i need to lose weight i hide my food sometimes so it looks like a ate it. i feel guilty when i eat i drinks lots fluid through out the day to make me full i dont like letting my self eat to much and some times i will let myself eat through out the day but after that i cant eat for a day or two. i feel weak all the time.

ok my two daughters keep gettin head lice i would clean there hairs but 2-3 wks 8r they get them bac again please help as 1 is makin dere conf in 1 wk and i need 2 get reid of dem all 2 gether cause it is costin me loads !!

I feel like I have food stuck in my throat when I eat solids. It started out with a potato chip. My ENT says I have GERD with Laryngopharyngeal Reflux. I've been on Prevacid twice a day and Pepcid Complete with very little relief. I have been on mashed potatoes and pudding and just liquids for 2 weeks. The nurse says I CAN eat solids with no problem that it's just that I've built up fear to eat. Yeah I do have fear to eat; however I am also eager to eat! I'd rather eat mashed potatoes than to feel like I have something stuck in my throat. It feels like it's stuck on the left side of my throat. The ENT looked down my throat with a mirror and said my esophagus and vocal cords were very irritated-2wks ago. If anyone has had this problem please help.

Last night while i was asleep i remember having a very bad dream but i can't recall it. THen suddenly my body goes numb and i can't move. The numbness is overwhelming even if I'm half awake i can't move a muscle. I tried to move my finger then the numbness stop. I don't know what will happen to my last night if i haven't move my index finger. So what just i experienced?

I am going to be undergoing a kidney transplant from a live donor soon. I understand that the anti-rejection medication that I will be on will slowly but surely kill the kidney that was donated to me over time. On average, how many years can a live donor kidney survive without dying again? This is assuming no other health concerns besides kidney failure. The doctors have all been very vague about the years. One said 10-15, another said 15-20, and yet another told me that with progressions in science, it could last forever. Does anyone have the facts?

with her friends but discovers she has this disease. She could die any time. Or maybe she has so many months to live. She will finally decide she would rather spend her last months sailing even if it might speed up the progress of the disease. What kind of disease can she have that will allow her to feel well enough to sail at least for a few months and then end suddenly. I don't want to linger and be helpless for a long time. Although I guess they could get her to a hospital in Australia or someplace to do her lingering if that is absolutely necessary. Any suggestions?
