when you find a girl you like and she likes you back, she will not know about your colostomy/ileostomy at first. If she is a keeper, she will love you for you. It is not the bag on your abs, its the attitude, kindness and humor in your heart. :)

girls your age will probably make a big deal out of it, as they're still waiting for the brad pitt lookalike to come their way
as they get older, they become more accepting and mature, when they realise that the "sexy lads" in the clubs usually screw them over for another girl

I am sure that they will over look it, if they are mature enough.
I am also sure there are girls who you don't find attractive so don't get too down if someone you like doesn't like you back.
There is a match (or two or three) for EVERYONE in this world.
