www.webmd.com might help and I know they have a live doctor on at certain hours. However depending on your problem they will be very cautious for obvious reasons. If they give you wrong advice and something bad happens they could be sued. My insurance company also has a live nurse line but again they almost always recommend seeing a doctor.
