Weird arm feeling/sensation?

Recently, as of yesterday, I have had this crazy feeling in my arms that comes and goes.. its a tingly, almost numb feeling, in both arms... it also starts to feel really cold (my arms do) what can this be? Its the WEIRDEST thing. there is no pain involved, just annoying. What could this be... it almost feels as though my arms are asleep.

It could be due to poor circulation. You should talk to a doctor to find the reason. It could also be a pinched nerve (very common).

Maybe hypertension, consult your doctor
