my friends think that there could be something wrong with me cause i dont eat i tell them not to worry but they dont lisen. i am always shaking and i always have headackes. sometimes i get lightheaded and dizzy i only eat one meal a day that is dinner. i think eating is over rated i am always tired and i feel sick if i dont eat and i feel sick when i do eat. i sometimes get chest pain and i am always getting sick i am tired all the time i cant eat when people are mad at me or when i am sick or tired or stressed. i lie about eating food i think food is am award and sometimes i will let my self have a snack durning the day i feel like i need to be in control and that i need to lose weight i hide my food sometimes so it looks like a ate it. i feel guilty when i eat i drinks lots fluid through out the day to make me full i dont like letting my self eat to much and some times i will let myself eat through out the day but after that i cant eat for a day or two. i feel weak all the time.

If you are stressed out all the time then it is possible you could have a stomach ulcer which would make you want to throw up when you eat because if you only eat once a day acid is eating away your stomach and causing holes in it. You also could have heart burn from not eating because that would give you chest pain. You need to see a doctor before you have serious damage from too much acid. You feel weak all the time because your body has no food for energy and it is possible you could faint anytime if you are feeling dizzy and weak a lot.

Your friends should be worried and so should you. Sounds like you have an eating disorder. You get dizzy and faint b/c your body has no energy to keep you going.

As far as feeling nauseous when you eat, because you aren't eating enough during the day, your stomach shrinks and you probably over eat because you are hungry.

Why don't you try eating small meals throughout the day, like munch on a few carrot sticks, or some almonds, etc to keep your stomach active and your metabolism going. you will be less likely to overeat and you will probably feel a lot better about yourself.

I hope you change or get help.

You have an eating disorder... I would go to the doctor.... Hiding your food from people is ridiculous, cuz you are only hurting yourself.. I would be willing to bet that your headaches and dizziness and even the chest pains are cause from your lack of eating... Not eating is making your body try to feed off itself.. And u don't have enough nutrients in your body. If eating is so hard and you dont want to get fat, eat the good stuff, like carrots and other veggies... Fruit can be tough if you dont have other stuff in your belly, due to the high acid contents of almost all fruit.....Take care of yourself.. You are the only one who can.

You know l had a similiar thing when l was about 14 years old, l used to try not to eat because l had a fear of getting fat. My tiredness and dizziness was caused by anaemia (iron deficiency) it might pay to visit a doctor for a blood test, if you're young it could just be that your hormones are playing up abit and the only way to beat this is to be strong and fight your urges of not eating. Self conscience is your problem!!!

please listen to your friends, they care about you. the dizziness, shaking, headaches, lightheadedness and most of your symptoms is your body telling you it needs fuel.
your brain needs glucose for energy production, it gets this from fruit, vegetables etc. if your brain doesn't function well your study or school prestige will suffer, that'll make people(parents) mad at you, you'll feel guilty again and the cycle is going round and round, which makes you weaker and thinner and eventually you'll end up in intensive care( sorry for putting it like this, but else you won't see the drama behind your lifestyle)
your anorectic and it's all between the ears, you have to admit it. this is dangerous, go see a Doctor or school counselor before it's too late.

Dude, just eat. if you fell like you are sick when you eat its probably because your stomach doesn't react well when it hasn't had food for a long time. so just eat a little bit, when you feel hungry again eat a little more and you wont feel sick. I was fasting and to end the fast that's what i had to do.

You are severely ill. You are anorexic and have all the effects that come with starving yourself. Your emotions have made you physically sick. You need help right away. However, I don't recommend a traditional doctor. Please, seek out the help of a spiritual counselor who will help you see the emotional root cause of your illness. Don't punish yourself by starving because you feel no control in your life. Seek out the means to feel in control or take control.

You having an eating disorder. You NEED to be eating three meals a day. I'm sure your not fat, but if you want to loose weight starving yourself isn't the way to do it. Exercise.

Your friends are right to be worried and you need to see a doctor quickly. If your friends were not worried about you they wouldn't be very good friends. I don't even know you and I am worried about you! Please speak with someone soon. Our bodies were not made to function properly on only 1 meal a day. not eating is bad for you eat more food get used to eating and your friends might listen to you but remember start out slow by eating a little and add every day
