When i get a migraine it usually starts with auras like circular fuzzy flashes, like a aura, my eyes site gets extremely blurry i feel almost like "high" and i go almost blind, and i can hardly see, then usually after is when i get a very bad dull headache, i had mentioned this to my dr who said i should mention this to my dentist, it could be TMJ well i had a xray of jaw and i dont have TMJ, tho my jaw does lock ALOT, could this be vision problems, sometimes i also feel numbness of my mouth, nose , fingers after or during this "aura" migraine, any info would be greatly appreciated

I met a woman today. She was really nice, drove a nice car, and seemed to take great care of herself and her two children, but something struck me as odd about her mannerisms. She would have a seemingly uncontrollable urge to stick her tongue out (flat, fully out), occasionally her eyes would get big and sort of 'bug out', she had some facial twitching (not constant, but occasionally), and rocked back and forth. Does anyone know what could be wrong?

NCLEX RN Question...
The nurse assists the phyisican with the removal of a chest tube. During the removal of the chest tube the nurse instructs the client to:
1. Breathe out forcefully.
2. Breathe in deeply.
3. Hold his or her breath.
4. Breath normally

When I lay on my back, I feel fine. But as soon as I start to fall asleep, I start to feel nauseated and if I don't roll over onto my side the feeling gets very intense, and I feel that I will throw up? What's the deal with that? It's been this way for years.

Ive been on paxil for 5 years now and it has helped but lately I have been experiencing severe side effects like nausea, dizziness, restlessness, etc. I was on 20 mg and just switched to 10mg and now the side effects are even worse. will these feelings go away? I dont want to live my life like this

I am very poor lady, and my husband Ramkumar Banerjee,died in an accident on 29-12-2003 leaving behind two small children and a dilapidated house. My relatives are also middle class & are not in a position to help me financialy.I am 40 years old & practically managing my livelihood in with great difficulty. Both my children are school going and managing their tution fees with help of others.
My both the kidneys are damaged & for checkup i had been to Vellore. They advised TRANSPLATATION of one of my kidney. I would therefore of nowhere.
I have heard that there many NGO's who helps the distress people in such circumstances. Will anyone please help me by letting me know the names of few NGO who could help me and save my life. I NEED HELP DESPERATELY.

I have had surgery on my foot to remove two pieces of bone back in September and all went well. But for two months now I have had mild to severe right leg thigh pain. It seems to feel better when I am on it ( I am a retail manager so I am on my feet constantly ) but when I have a chance to rest it will hurt and sometimes it will hurt even if I am on it. It aches, and burns. And is very tender on the inner thigh of the right leg, close to the side of the knee. There is no skin discoloriation or swelling. And sometimes my leg feels week when I walk. I just recently seen my podiatrist and he gave me a referal to see the Physical Therapist to do some kind of Ultrasound. But the appointment isn't until the 19th of March. I just want to ask someone what it could possibly mean (what is wrong with me) Please help. Thanks.

I've had an awkward period for about a year. On one month then off the next. This time I missed a month and a half. Now I have been on my period for a month and my doctor says that nothing is wrong. I fell tired alot along with headaches and dizziness. I may get alittle shakey at times. Someone help me please!

I have been going to doctors for years for numorous of things. I had lyme disease when was a child 3x from different ticks. I was paralyezed from the waist down from one episode. I often wonder if what I have going on stems for that. I did get treatment each time Ampicylin for 2weeks.
I have had other things happen like abuse which gave me PTSD so now I have a psychologicol problem added to my list. Most of the time when I see the doctors they think I'm crazy. I have had 2 chest tubes. And tumor in my appendix the size of my fist. I have joint pains , knees, hips, fingers, upper back. I do have chest pain at times but lately it has been a pressure. Makes it hard to breath and swallow. I could taste the acid in my throught. I just got a scope done and they said I have an enjarged esophagus. No biggy I guess. But I wonder why I have an enlarged prostate, bladder and esophagus going on. What else is there enlarged. I have nerve damage too. Hands feet and face. HELP :

It's weird I HAD a fever on day 1 and now my throat hurts even more on day 2 but not the punching bag, I mean like a little below my adam's apple it really hurts! when I try to swallow my saliva it hurts and when I try to speak it hurts and my voice sounds really different so I have to whisper! when I try to cough it hurts too! I think I got it that night it was really cold and I drank cold juice because there wasnt any water, but it really hurts! what is it? (its not in my punching bag thingy its like between my adam's apple on my neck) uh help if you can.. please AND I LOVE YOU ALL!

I have major issues eating in front of people who intimidate me especially in public. For what ever reasons I get extreme diarrhea and I either puke or stay in the bathroom the whole time.... This has been going on ever since I was between 7-9 and I am 20 yrs old. It often happens with my boyfriends parents or my boss etc....
