I have had surgery on my foot to remove two pieces of bone back in September and all went well. But for two months now I have had mild to severe right leg thigh pain. It seems to feel better when I am on it ( I am a retail manager so I am on my feet constantly ) but when I have a chance to rest it will hurt and sometimes it will hurt even if I am on it. It aches, and burns. And is very tender on the inner thigh of the right leg, close to the side of the knee. There is no skin discoloriation or swelling. And sometimes my leg feels week when I walk. I just recently seen my podiatrist and he gave me a referal to see the Physical Therapist to do some kind of Ultrasound. But the appointment isn't until the 19th of March. I just want to ask someone what it could possibly mean (what is wrong with me) Please help. Thanks.

That sounds like sciatica. Sciatica is nerve pain affecting the sciatic nerve, which runs down your legs. It is painful, to varying degrees depending on the sufferer. Good news is, it isn't permanent, and should go away on it's own. Bad news is, there really isn't a medicine that is very effective on nerve pain (that I know of). Muscle relaxers may be helpful for you. Try Aleive until your appointment though. If it's not nerve pain, it may be inflamation, and that should respond well to an anti-inflamatory (Aleive, Motrin, Asprin).
Good luck to you
