Well, personally, I've not had a cut there before, except for an episiotomy at my son's birth, and my dr stitched it up right then...I know you don't want to go to the dr, but you probably should!
I know it hurts, and yes, I know it's embarrassing to talk about "that area" of your body with someone, but it's something that should be checked out!
If it's a small laceration *not really all that deep and either bleeding quite a bit or just a small amount* then I suggest going to the ER, you could be risking infection.
If there is no bleeding, but an open wound, then you will probably be ok to wait until tomorrow, but make sure you call in first thing!
In the meantime, remember to BLOT to wipe after urinating to keep urine out of your vagina, and don't use feminine powders or sprays, as they may irritate the cut.
Good luck, and take a tylenol or asprin to help with the pain!

are you talking about inside the vagina...and how did you get this cut from sex...it is very easy to get infection from putting items into the vaginal area...do not put any cream or ointment up there unless you ask the doctor first...we need to know more information before someone could answer this legitimately.....

i woudln't really ignore a 'cut' on the inside especially if it hurts.
How did you get cut to begin with? and where exactly is it? you said "inside"...i can assume it's somewhere, but you know what they say about "ASSuming".
You probaly shouldn't put anything on it if you don't know what it is...

I'd keep the area clean and don't put anything on it. If you have your period use pads so you don't irritate it or make the tear worse.
