Cigarettes and alcohol are not good for health. They are responsible for a lot of diseases which may lead to death-like cancer. They are a waste of money for people, terribly dangerous and addictive. But still they dont get banned! Why? Why not bann something which only leads to trouble to people and is of no use?

If the client's chief complaints are weakness and dizziness, what nursing diagnosis is suited and what is the rationale behind them? also, what are the possible nursing interventions for these complaints?

The client doesn't have paralysis, only body weakness to the point that she's not able to feed and bath herself. She can't also tolerate sitting and standing because of vertigo and disequilibrium. She also has difficulty in hearing and diplopia.

The saying "I was so mad I couldn't see straight",I know why it says that. It scares me because I know I would cause serious damage, that kind of mad. It has happened 1x as a child and 4 times since I've turned 40 . I am not an angry person. I feel like they wiggle, they may not really, but something is happening.
It seems like I have blinders on while this happenes. Thats all I see is who ever I am mad at.

One of my husband's niece eyes drops tear without having pain or emotions. I want to know more about this kind of disease and how can it be cured without surgery. Her mother said it's from her birth. A drop of tear from only her left eye. No pain though but it just drop spontaneously but not every minute. perhaps 10 times a day or so. If anyone knows about this kind of eyes problem, please inform me. thanks.

does anyone else have this problem ... the doctors have no idea :( and the only thing we have been able to find is a thing (new and not recognised by GPs) called Morgellons.

Symptoms: skin crawling, sores that don't heal but continue to produce various 'things'. The 'things' vary from fibrous to what look like a little white worm. Naturally the GPs say it is delusional parasitosis but if that is the case the my hubby is very strong minded as he has made them appear on my skin also!

The other symptom that seems to have no solution (sleepers do not work at all) is insomnia ... really really bad.

We live a fairly healthy lifestyle. I was wondering how many people may actually have this disease/infection? I am looking for people in Australia particularly.

Ok first off I must make it clear I not some person who is looking to drop out of College because its heard, I am a pro when it comes to College, I hold an associates degree in Liberal Arts that I got when I lived in New York. In my 24 years I lived in New York I never had any major anxiety disorder and thus had no trouble really fousing in on the tasks at hand or completing any dutys I had. I have lived in Florida now with my family for one year and 1 month and about 3 months ago I started to get anxiety attacks and found it leading to me lossing my job, and now I am finding it hindering my ablity with College. I am wondering if I need to take care of this disorder before contuing on with my College work, or if I should suffer though while trying to get better and let my disorder effect my GPA? Would it be wise to once my mind is clear to then try going back and doing what I always found enjoyment in and thats learning, since right now I have no joy in that.

I am a disabled senior and just recently began experiencing sharp pain in my lower left quadrant and found that I have diverticulitis (as did my mother). I have gone through 2 flareups, taken antibiotics and changed my entire diet (seems to help a great deal with bm's), but am wondering if I should cleanout the entire system of buildup. I surely don't want to opt for surgery if irrigation(s) will help and aren't precluded by having diverticulitis. I surely don't want to aggravate these pouches and chance rupturing them.
Anyone having any experience with either diverticulitis and its recommended diet, and/or colonic irrigations (high colonics), please advise and thank you all.
