Tell your friend about Ocuvite Ocu for ocular/eyes, and vite for vitamins. Two a day. I was told I had a touch of macular degeneration - whatever that was - and when I went back to work doing medical typing, an eye doctor consulted with a patient from a nursing home and recommended ocuvite 2 times a day. I thought - couldn't hurt, eye vitamins. So I took some, and the lines straightened out! I didn't know why I could not tell when the paper was lined up correctly on the printer, but the Ocuvite fixed it. I take them off and on. Last year had another eye exam for glasses, and doctor said - "You don't have any macular degeneration!" like I'd invented it. Get the vitamins with Lutein, and there's something else they've found important in them.
And eat a lot of dark green vegetables like spinach.

Some vitamin compounds are specifically targetet for good
eye health, available in Chemists and Healthfoodstores.
The ingredients LUTEIN and BILBERRY are important for
maintaining good eye health especially the macula health of
the eyes responsible for fine vision. My friend has Diabetes
and keeps her eyes in perfect working order and is convinced this
is due to those compounds.
