The saying "I was so mad I couldn't see straight",I know why it says that. It scares me because I know I would cause serious damage, that kind of mad. It has happened 1x as a child and 4 times since I've turned 40 . I am not an angry person. I feel like they wiggle, they may not really, but something is happening.
It seems like I have blinders on while this happenes. Thats all I see is who ever I am mad at.

Being extreeemely pressured can sometimes cause you high- blood pressure. I'd heard some cases, whereby when one gets verrrry mad, their veins explode, causing coma, and sometimes death - All because of high emotional tensions.

I'm not an Medical Expert nor a doctor, but I know a few people that has high-blood pressure. I noticed that these kind of anger is the one that cause our blood pressure to rise.

Try to control your anger everytime you get mad. I'd heard a few tips to manage/relieve our anger :

-Wash your face after u're mad
-Take a nice cold bath.

p/s: Plz correct me if I'm wrong...

First of all you might contact your eye doctor and let them no that there might be something wrong with your vison and then tell them it feels as if this is happening. When your blood pressure gets real high many strange things can happen to the body. I might say It is not ever good to allow anything to take you to that extreme. I might suggest that finding a different way to deal with stress might be a good idea. Sometimes people get so mad that they loose control of there thoughts and that is not a good idea. If this is causing your vision I would try and avoid anyting that could get you this mad if possible.
