Since 165 is healthy, I wasn't doing anything to lower my cholesterol. Should I get this checked out? How or why did it drop so much? My HDL and LDL are at healthy levels too. I've read that really low total cholesterol could be bad for your health too.

She has been feeling anxious lately (something that happens every now and then). She checked her pressure last night (she was feeling fine) but I was a little concerned. (mostly about the diastolic reading) Any cause for concern?

I found this question, without an adequate answer. It is Golden Neo-Life Diamite. The best whole food supplements on the market. I know I answered my own question, but I felt the question was worth answering.

In several MSDS files I have had to look up over the course of my two semesters of organic chemistry, I have noticed some chemicals that can cause central nervous system depression. I was curious if anybody knew exactly what this was? (I have an idea but am not sure)

I have no way of 100 % proving that she has overdosed in the past but I know she has. She was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 1993 and its gone down hill from there. I feel that she is unstable and will take drastic measures. Is there a way to have her committed for her own good?

I call them episodes. I just had one, I will try to describe it. Im sitting here at the computer and all of a sudden a vision comes into my head, its like a feeling of dejavu. I see myself sitting here as I am right now in my robe as I am right now, the vision is somewhat fuzzy but I hear myself talking, I begin to feel a little dizzy, my body temp goes way up and I start to sweat. I feel paralysed by this and cant move until its over. Is it a flashback? I experimented with chemical drugs about 5 yrs ago when I was a teen. This has happened periodically for about 3 years, the first time it ever happened I was in the middle of quitting my daily pot habit, is this a withdrawl symptom? I havent smoked any yet this morning and usually find the episodes happening when I havent had any for awhile so maybe theyre related some how. Has anyone else ever had this happen? I tried explaining to the doctor but couldnt figure out the right words. I just want to know whats going on.

I'm not a smoker, I just hung out with some associates who couldn't not smoke so I was with them for half an hour taking in the second hand smoke, it wasn't til I left that I started coughing.

What can I do to reduce the effects of that event? Like food? Exercise? Or something?
