An urge comes from the deep recesses of your brain...it may be triggered by a smell, a taste, a sight, and it may trigger something in your memory banks that may have at one time in your life made you feel very good, or comforted, or excited, and your mind remembers that feeling and "wants" it again... That's just my opinion

A emotional combination of need, greed, self-confidence ( whether or not justified) and a restless desire for action of some sort . It is usually safest to go and lie down until the feeling goes away.
