I have this problem where i get really worked up and stressed and start to feel really sick, this happens most of the time before i visit my friends or go to school. Does anybody know what could be causing it or how to stop it or ease the sickness??

Keep rested. You are setting your stress level to the limits. Probably you have a hectic work. Better get an off and break. Have a piece of mind. Believe in the power of the mind. Be positive on your self that you will be free of sickness. It's just mind over matter. You can do meditations at your home and no more classes. Just listen attentively and concentrate on the psychedelic songs (that's what I do when I am in stress) as you close your eyes but be sure not to feel asleep. Or try doing yoga. Keep worry-free life because this will positively will give you many diseases and makes you look old.

You need to be more specific. There are a ton of diseases and you just mentioned symptoms of a lot of them. Do you feel like vomiting? How do you sleep? Have you seen your doctor? Because truth be told, even if I did know what's wrong with you home remedies aren't the safest way to go.

This sounds like Social Anxiety to me and there are medications that you can take as needed for social anxiety called beta blockers. Of course ask the doc before taking any meds...

it looks like panic attack see a psychiatrist or might be anemia
