Hello- yes, you should take her to a doctor. I am a Registered Nurse and 150 is high and 60 is low which is called a wide pulse pressure... this could indicate many things but more importantly... things like heart disease and intracranial pressure.
just safer to take her to get checked out

Best take her to a Doc. Age is a factor.
60 is low. But a home reading is no good.

My doctor's office--the nurse will check the BP at no charge--no appointment (I would call first and make sure). If she feels a need for concern, she will notify the doctor or have you make an appointment.

That is a bit high. High side of normal is 120/70. She should make an appointment with her Doctor so that he can keep an eye on it.

yeah systolic is a little high and diastolic is a little low, she might need some meds for her smooth muscle in her arteries and veins, she might have some issues there.
