I totally know that for me to know the real answer, I cant ask people online, and should see a doctor. But, I want opinions. If I should go go the emergency tonight or wait to see a family doctor.

A few days ago (Tues) my stomach was hurting a bit, I had a bit of a fever. Fever has gone a few days ago, but my stomach still burned. I started getting diarrhea for the past 2 days, and my stomach has a burning feeling in it. I feel extremely tired and exhausted, my body hurts, my back too. The pain in my stomach is in the middle and a bit of the lower abdomen. Its like a burning sensation. Im 24......

It could be numerous things....what do you think?

I work at a vet clinic, and we see a lot of dogs with intestinal parasites, like roundworms, hookworms, and tapeworms. I know most of the parasites dogs get are species specific. But I also know it is possible for a human to get them. But from what I have learned they act differently in humans than in dogs. They tend to effect the eyes, or other parts of the body. But I am watching this gross show on animal planet about people who have had them in their intestines. Working around intestinal parasites nearly every day at the vet clinic, I get worried about catching them. While I try to be as cautious as possible, wearing gloves, keeping the area clean, and washing my hands very good, I still sometimes get scared about it.
Has anyone ever had an intestinal parasite?

my little sister complained of dizziness and she said that she felt like her heart was pumping too fast, while she was playing outside. This has never happened before. she wasn't playing very hard. I told her to go inside and have some water and maybe lay down a little. But it was just sudden and it went away quickly, but i dont know what the matter was. Should I be worried about her? What might be the problem?

My husband has always had very little hearing in his left ear. We don't know why. I guess when he was born they didn't know much about hearing problems? But that was only 27 years ago. We still don't know why he has barely any hearing in his left ear. He has learned to cope with it, and unless we tell someone, no one knows he even has a problem.

However, his right ear has been fine up until about two years ago, when he first started noticing a clogged feeling in his right ear. He says it feels like swimmer's ear where everything is muffled and he can hear and feel a fluid feeling moving around in his ear. He also gets really dizzy and nautious. He has all the symptoms of Vertigo. He drinks Ginger Ale or takes Dramamine, and this makes the Vertigo symptoms subside temporarily for a couple of hours. They always come back. The clogged feeling never goes away. He can't sleep. It's hard for him to drive, work, etc. I can tell it is very aggravating to him.

I suffer from Panic/Anxiety disorder pretty bad. I take Xanax (.25 mg) everyday, twice a day. It helps, but not always. I can't help this feeling that I always have that I'm going to die. It's depressing. I am just wondering, if anyone out there feels the same way with anxiety disorder. And also, what are some things I can do to make myself feel better. I go to counseling once a week, and I just for some reason sometimes feel like this is going to be my life forever. I don't want that. I dont know, if anyone has any kind of coping skills they can pass along that'd be great.

Tilting body and head to one side and seems to squeal in pain at the most gentle handling.....could it be an internal injury? I see no blood in stool, appetite is good, but something is definitely wrong. Is an ear infection possible?? I thought where she is sort of tilting to one side but i see no ear redness or irritation and it doesn't seem to bother her if it is touched. Any help here would be much welcomed, thanks!!

I have been experiencing hair loss, excessive sweating, severe depression, severe intolerance of hot climates/surroundings, frequent nausea, and stomach pains since I was seventeen. The year before, I starved myself for a month in order to lose some weight. I have a very prevelent family history of thyroid disorder. I think, perhaps I triggered this with the shock to my metabolism that my anorexia caused. I have been eating regularly since I was 19, but the symptoms persist. What should I do? I am tired of being uncomfortable all of the time, and having thinning hair in parts because of my body's problem...I'm only 19! My libido is one eighth of what it used to be, and my cognitive abilities aren't what they once were...I did a bit of research and saw that all of my symptoms lined up with hypothyroidism, and I wish to know where to look or what to eat, or what I can do to change my body back...

I noticed it after I put my foot in VERY hot water (shower), but the water wasnt'hot enough to burn me (I don't think so atleast....)

It hasn't been there before or slowly growing over time. I thought it was just a bump from hitting something, but it isn't going down. Anyone have any ideas? It looks like I'm growing a 6th toe!

I just got over some sort of stomach virus and although I rehydrated it took awhile for my urine to stop being fairly dark colored and my bowel movements are really pale. Is this a normal after effect? I've never had a stomach virus before.

Hello, I was told 2 months ago that I have a pituitary gland tumor (small). I went to endocrinologist 15 days ago and she says that I don't have one because my prolaction levels are fine, but yet I am lactating. About a 6 months ago I starting getting really sick. It comes and goes I can be good one day and bad the next. I am Malaise, memory loss, can't preform small jobs or tasks. A month ago I could not barely walk for two days. In the hospital. I can't tell my mind fast enough to move my feet and legs. I think I need an MRI but the endocrinologist doesn't think I need one and the neurologist thinks that it is stress. I don't think my life is stressful. No more than the next person. My Family doctor says he feels I need a MRI ASAP but he can not order me one. If there is anyone out there that has some answers for me please please help me. I am scared and don't now what to do about it.

Once you have accepted your problem and the pain that it brings how do you deal with knowing that there are just always going to be things that you can never do again? How do you find a job that you can do with out being looked over for someone younger or more agile?

we had an article in the paper about a peanut butter that was found to have somanilla in it and it has been taken of the shelves but not before half the jar of peanut butter has been eaten. Now we wonder if it could be the cause of some health problems we have had lately but can't find any specific info on the symptoms.
Anyone help???

I fell on my forehead, and it bled really badly(and needed stitches later on). And then, shortly after, i vomited out all the food that i ate and then vomited out blood.
Could it be because i fell on my head, or gastric/esophagal tear or something?

And is there such a thing as vomiting blood being head/nerve-related?
'Cause my friend also claims she vomits blood quite often, and she hasn't gone to see any doctor and looks perfectly fine and i think she's lying. So i did research about vomiting blood, and found out it mainly has to do with the digestive tract and stuff, so i mentioned it in passing to her, and she's like "oh it's something to do with the nerves in my head" and so i just kept quiet, in case she really does vomit blood.

So long story short, im dying for my questions to be answered pleeease.
