One of the highest incidences of HIV is in Indonesia, then Mayasia, Thailand, India Pakistan

According to statistics, the highest HIV infected is in Papua, Irian Jaya ( East Indonesia). Currently, it has about 1,000 persons infected.

HIV in Papua was introduced by Thai Fishermen in 1980s.
