Are you eating breakfast? If you aren't then you definately should

If you are eating breakfast...maybe you should switch up what you eat.

Have some tea - it has a little caffeine to help the morning and has other positive effects - coffee has too much caffeine

Hope that helps..good luck!

Do you eat breakfast before going to school? If you don't have anything to eat in the morning,it would be no surprise that you would be exhausted by lunch, then you put food in your stomach and it is surprised it has to work now,so it over compensates and causes cramping trying to digest your lunch. I bet that lunch isn't real healthy either,if it is full of fats, greases and other hard to digest ingredients the stomach ache will continue. I think you should eat a decent breakfast, health bars and some cereal would be a start,at least eat something to get your morning started, you will learn faster as well. A mind that is fed will flourish. And your last comment about not being pregnant? Oh thank God, I hope at thirteen you are not thinking of starting a sexual relationship, wait until you graduate from school. Nothing ruins the senior prom faster then a pregnant girl blowing chips. Good luck.

It sounds a bit like a panic attack. (you don't give me a lot to go on) Do you have the same breakfast? You might be allergic to something. Try dramatically changing the breakfast--- change every thing in it. (Don't eat any of the things you usually eat) Try doubling up on "B" vitamins-- especially Stress tabs or the equivalent. Charcoal sometimes greatly helps the upset stomach part. It adsorbs a lot of aggravating things so they don't irritate you so much. Drink more water.

Tell your parents, you need to see a doctor. This doesn't sound normal.
