A few days ago (Tues) my stomach was hurting a bit, I had a bit of a fever. Fever has gone a few days ago, but my stomach still burned. I started getting diarrhea for the past 2 days, and my stomach has a burning feeling in it. I feel extremely tired and exhausted, my body hurts, my back too. The pain in my stomach is in the middle and a bit of the lower abdomen. Its like a burning sensation. Im 24......

It could be numerous things....what do you think?

if you were to present to an emergency room, you would be checked for several things, 1. possible appendicitis (lower abd pain, fever, weekness- this could lead to peritonitis if ruptured) 2, kidney stone, (abd and back pain, although not likely) 3. bleeding ulcer (burning sensation and weakness- requiring a blood transfusion- is your bowelmovements black in color?) 4. gall stones (abd/back pain) 5. pancreatitis (abd pain). This list could go on and on.

All these test could still be negative and you could just have a stomach virus/gastritis.

With the possibility that this could be serious, you should go the ER tonight.

You need to see a doctor immediately. If there is an emergency clinic open near you, go there. If not, go to the emergency room. Whatever you have could get a lot worse between now and Monday. It is better to go now and find out that it is something minor than to wait until Monday and possibly have to be admitted to the hospital.

Sounds like you have the flu or the norovirus. Get some immodium aka loperimide for the diarrhea and for your stomach use something like mylanta or maalox. Drink plenty of liquids to stay hydrated and eat light meals until you get over the flu.

I recommend going to the hospital emergency room. You could have an appendix issue and that can be dangerous if it bursts. Gall bladders have some of the same symptoms. Go get it checked.

If there is no fever I would think it is the flu going away...just an opinion. You won't be able to see a family doc until Tuesday so stay on top of it...Good luck!
