Hair transplant. My dad had this problem. Rogaine, propecia, and special shampoos/pills were all a waste of money, plus they aren't meant for that area of your scalp. If you have the funding available, try a transplant. They use your hair to make your hair look fuller and fix hairlines.

1. Hair plugs - expensive but it works
2. Do not put pressure on the area, no brushing or hats
3. Shave it all off
4. Live with it as part of life
