I found a swelling under my arm a little smaller than a pea, which seemed to appear there over- night. It is slightly tender (sometimes) but not painful and is not fixed in place--it can be moved around. It also doesn't stay the same size. Often it is so small when I get up in the morning,or at various times of the day when I haven't been as active, that it is difficult to locate. Then it will go back to its orginal size after I've been moving around more, exercising, etc. I don't have any other swelling under that arm,the other arm,in the glands in my neck ,or anywhere else that I know of. Could the swelling be due to a infection,or an injury,or caused by something more serious?
