If you have been diagnosed with a hormonal imbalance, you already know that you can't correct this by yourself. The most common cause of acne is overproduction of sebum and the presence of bacteria. Pimples are infection of clogged pores or follicles. But hormone-related acne must be corrected with hormones. See an endocrinologist and get evaluated.

Well, There isn't a whole lot you can do as a male (and i assume a young one) to balance your hormones. Puberty is the time when they sort of go haywire.
The best thing to do is visit your doctor to make sure you are healthy. For things like Acne, you can visit a dermatologist, or as silly as this sounds, go to a spa for a facial. They can help you get products that wil get rid of your acne.

Black Cohosh is great for menopausal symptoms or hormonal imbalance that causes you to have hot flashes, night sweats, irritability, sleeplessness. Estroven is sold over the counter, it is a blend of herbs, with black cohosh being one. Estrablend, is the Walmart version.

An endicronologist can test for this -- or see a compounding pharmacy if you want bioidentical hormones. Read Suzanne Somers Book "Ageless". Yes, men lose hormones.

See a doctor about this. There is a fairly new all natural product line that the public has been introduced to called Mannatech. The products are glyconutrients and they help everything in your body. Type it up and you'll be able to read all about them. Good Luck with your health !
