I have been having this yellow urine for months. For the first few months, the first urine in the morning was the most yellow and the color would go bleak as the time goes on and it would come to yellow again in the morning. And there was some pain when urinating, So I went for both the sugar test and dysuria scan, but nothing... Now I am not having urination pain, instead the urine looks as if it's dyed with yellow ink.... i don't know what's wrong with me... please help.. and I need professional opinion...

It's normal to have the darkest urine in the morning. The yellow color is due to urochrome, a yellow pigment that gives urine it's color. Overnight, urochrome accumulates. As the day goes by and you ingest fluids, these dilute the color. This is normal. Never heard of a "dysuria scan" but I'm guessing your urine was cultured for UTI and was negative. This is good. Some medications and multivitamins can cause color changes to the urine. If the yellow urine is only in the mornings with your first void and you're not having dysuria (this word means painful or difficult urination), don't worry about it.

Are You Taking Multivitimans At Night

Maybe You Work Night Shift Or Something.

Multivitimans Really Make Your Urine Bright Yellow For The First
Urination At Least.

Even If You Take a mulivitiman in the morning, the first urination of the morning can be the yellowest especially if your dehydrating @ Night aswell like if you sleep in airconditioning.

Try drinking more 'plain water' and drink much less 'soda' or coffee' or even teas with caffeine. If you get enough 'water' into your system (the 'general rule' is 8 glasses each holding 8 ounces of water, or a 'total' of 64 ounces of water per day) your urine should get 'clearer' and the pain you get when you pee should go away. If it doesn't go away within the next two weeks, then GO BACK TO THE DOCTOR and tell him that you've been drinking (x number of ounces) a day of water, and that you still have 'dark yellow urine' and/or pain when you pee. If there is EVER any 'cloudiness' to the urine, or if there is any REDNESS, you need to go to the doctor As Soon As POSSIBLE ... because you probably have an 'infection' in your kidneys or 'urinary tract' ...

(Not a Pro)
Is it too much soda or tea?

I recently went on a no meat no sugar no bread fast and drank only water. My urine went from ink yellow to clear as crystal in three days. I also had more energy and lost about 15 lbs in 2 weeks.

But the minute I starte drinking tea and diet drinks back came the dark yellow urine.

Hope this helps.
God Bless.

Have you been checked for urinary tract infection? The burning you experience may be symptomatic of that. The concentration or color, as you describe, of your urine is dependant upon how hydrated your body is. The more you drink, the less yellow the color would be. It makes sense that your first urine of the morning would be more yellow because you have not been drinking while you were alseep.

Morning urine is considerably more yellow than the rest of the day. Try drinking more water and see if that makes a difference. You may be dehydrated.

I was told by a professional that it's because you don't drink enough water. You're supposed to drink 6-8 glasses of water each day. Try it and see if it helps.

Mine is like that when I take multi vitamins. It also can hurt sometimes during that first leak of the morning if your dehydrated. If you think there is a problem go to the doctor, don't expect real help from this bunch.
