Black can indicate a couple different things--- your body may have too much iron and is getting rid of it. Or it could be blood in the stool possibly from an ulcer etc. I would recommend having this checked with an occult stool test. I think you can get these at the pharmacy. The white stool-- not exactly sure other than I have recently learned that it could indicate a lack of bile in the stool. Bile is what gives the stool it's color. If either persists I suggest seeing a physician

What have you eaten in the last couple days? Black & tarry usually = blood, white = white corn possibly or like the other answerer said, semen.

If it was charcoal black it means you could be bleeding internally and need to see your doctor. Otherwise, whatever you have eaten recently, ie, black beans?? Lots of milk? Hope this helps.
