Lately when I go to stand up or move my head I feel like I'm gonna pass out. What would cause this?

My nephew is only 3 & 1/2 and I've noticed whenever he holds something his hands are very shaky. Could this be anxiety or nervousness, or perhaps even something more serious?

I am not a fan of pot, although I've known people who smoke. However, I am a fan of preventing Alzehimer's Disease. I read in a Newsweek medical column recently that mafijuana can prevent the tangling plaques that are a hallmark of AZ from developing in your brain. My interest perked up because my mother got it at age 52 and died at age 64. I am getting closer to her age of onset. Should I consider getting a medical marijuana card, or just wait to see if the symptoms appear?

Our family took care of her at home until the day she died; it was not a pretty death and I wouldn't want to go through that for anything.

A year ago I was diagnosed with Chlondromalacia Patella in both knees, which has only continued to worsen since then. I have had 2 physical therapy runs (8 weeks, twice a week), a brace on my right knee (for which my left knee suffered), and 2 different orthopedic inserts in my shoes. I have grown considerably over the past couple of years, and my doctors say my legs are incredibly tight, and yet for the past year I have been doing the exercises they have prescribed, and the pain is worse! I have seen an orthopedist, a podiatrist (for my achilles tendonitis) and a sports medicine doctor. The first said I needed leg strengthening and flexing stuff, so he sent me to physical therapy and gave me a brace. My legs got worse. The podiatrist sent me to physical therapy for foot flexibility and strengthening) and gave me a orthopedic insert as well (to replace the first doctor's one). This last doctor has given me physical therapy for my core muscles! What is going on? Why aren't I fixed?

Maybe I should of just added on what is the reason for the nausa, lightheadedness and cramping after dialysis. This was not an issue the first time on the machine but now it is not a very happy situation and I'm getting worried why all this. Can't hardly eat anymore, taste is different. My common-law husband is the one on dialysis, I even thought of giving him my kidney but we are not compatiable but he looks more weaker everytime he comes home now. the answer from the Dialysis RN for over 18 years was more understandable, thank you. I don't think I need any more answers but if I do or even advise, that will be greatly appreciated, thank you again for the answers....funny face.

I just want to know the ratio of people on it to how many people get it, if race plays a role, and distance. If you could give me the same info on kidneys I would appreciate that as well.

For the past four months, I've been on a diet. ( 330 calores a day) and running 3 miles several times a week. I also do about 200 side crunches in the morning. But latelly, I've starting binging/purging( forcing myslef to vomit) about 104 times a week. I cant stop myself. I thoug I hated myself before, but I was wrong. I truly despise myself. When i eat, I see all those calories going directally to my butt, my arms, face, stomanch. I cant stop myself, and i really want to stop.

Just doing a little research. If you were in an accident, and brought to a hospital, and you could not remember anything (Amnesia). Before they release you, do they give you a perscription for it? Theropy? Just doing a little medical research for a story I am working on.
