Discoid Lupus. I want to hear from anyone that is treating their discoid lupus with diet and exercise. Thanks?

diet and exercise alone should be enough for a very mild version of disease, I would recommend you to consider systemic immuno suppresive therapy if symptoms are persisting or getting worse, good luck
