UUH. Usually you know because you have asthma attacks or trouble breathing if you run. Most people know when they are young like in elementary school. Are you afraid you have asthma or something? Like 5 people including like 3 of my friends have asthma. I don't think it's so uncommon actually.

Asthma is a construction of the airways to the lungs. No matter how hard you breathe, not much gets in or out. Itchy neck sometimes is a symptom. Wheezing sound when inhaling is another.

If you feel like you are breathing through a straw, you probably have asthma. See a doctor to find out.

Go to the doctor so the doctor can tell you. Normally when you have asthma you have tightness in the chest, wheezing, and shortness of breath.

Check with an asthma/lung specialist for a certain diagnosis. Some of the symptoms: shortness of breath, feeling like you have to "dig to your toes" for breath, wheezing as you draw breath, and bronchial tube tightening that makes it feel as though a vise has gipped you.

Go throw a rock threw the neighbor's window, and then when the cops come, run. They will chase you and almost surely catch you. Resist arrest until they mace you, they will go right for your throat and then restrain you on the ground in a supine position, if you suffocate and die then you have asthma. Don't thank me, I'm just happy to help.

for me, it was constant coughing durring the winter months and always having a harder time breathing than the rest of my teammates. i couldent understand the last one b/c ive always been athletic and in shape; doing taekwondo, basketball, track, and other stuff. i realsied that i was always having a harder time running and doing sprints than almost everybody on my team. and it always took longer to catch my breath. also, when doing this, my chest felt really tight like it wasent expanding as far as it could and alot of times my throat hurt. like a scratchey feeling and really dry.

also, my cough is different from everybody elses. it almost sounds like a dog bark. its really loud and i feel it alot in my stomach/ abbs; alomst like when you do sit-ups or laugh really hard.

you could also go in and see a doctor. thats probably the only way you'll really find out. and the only way you could get any medicine.
hope it helps

See a GP who will refer you to a Specialist. No one else can diagnose you.

see a doctor, but basically, you have trouble breathing properly sometimes, especially after intense physical activity.
