For the past four months, I've been on a diet. ( 330 calores a day) and running 3 miles several times a week. I also do about 200 side crunches in the morning. But latelly, I've starting binging/purging( forcing myslef to vomit) about 104 times a week. I cant stop myself. I thoug I hated myself before, but I was wrong. I truly despise myself. When i eat, I see all those calories going directally to my butt, my arms, face, stomanch. I cant stop myself, and i really want to stop.

Yes. This definately qualifies as an eating disorder. But you've made a first step by a) admitting it and b) wanting to stop.

Here's what you should do now- without being afraid of getting in trouble! The people in your life want to help you as much as possible! Really and truly- they want to see you healthy and happy.

Talk to your parents or your family doctor. They will help you with the next step. Do what they say- take their advice and use it! They want what is best for you!

It won't be easy, but you need to start fighting this in order to stay alive. Eating disorders are not to be taken lightly.

And remember- people won't remember you for how small/big/tall/small you are- they would rather remember you for your smile and personality than be saddened because an eating disorder was able to take over your life. Fight back now.

God bless- and good luck.

Please stop binging / purging. You are a Precious Child
of God. God is unconditional love. God loves you no matter what.I was anorexic nervosa, I was 135 pounds
6'3" tall and I almost died myself. If it had not been for Karen Carpenter dying of it first,I probably won't be alive today. Tracy Gold from Family Ties suffered from binging/purging ,you need to see her life story. It should be available on dvd or vhs. She conquered her binging /purging. It is very difficult to stop ,but you have to have will power. If you go to church services ask your
minister. If not ask a diet counselor.Remember this Phillipians 4-19 " I can do all things through Christ that
strengthens me." Say it daily. Look into the mirror and
repeat it.You are a precious, wonderful creation of God
always remember this, okay. You are a beautiful person
created by God. God will always help you,if you just let
God in your heart. You also can lose weight by walking for one hour and start exercising sit-ups.In fact try joining a qualified gym ,a go to a qualified nutritional health food store . They will help you regain your confidence in
yourself.

Well it isn't anorexia perhaps a little bit disordered consuming. It's no longer healthful. That's how I had been in recent years. I misplaced 30 a few kilos due to the fact August. I would stand to lose it regardless that however it isn't the right means.

Pretty bad....sorry. And you know it.

Not sure whether even professionals can help efficiently, I fear you are the only one who can help yourself. You are the one who has to make the decision to stop this eating behavior.

Not sure how this feels for you....obviously you hate to "see" calories/fat going into your arms, butt, face, stomach and so on. Somewhere there is the key.
If you can let go of this desire to look good or the desire to look attractive (whatever that means for you or others)...this desire needs to relax. Looks are actually unimportant. Ever noticed that "really ugly" people sometimes look really sexy? It is because they are relaxed and convinced they are sexy - and that alone does it. And then you have "pretty" faces and shapes who are unattractive.

So - if you can learn to be sexy and attractive independent of any looks then you got it.

I recommend serious meditation, a zen cloister or so. Perhaps some months in Tibet, look for a spiritual master. You will never look back again.

you definitely have a eating disorder. You have both aneroxia nervosa and bulimia. You need serious help, you need to see a therapist, you physician, and a dietition. You need to inform people and get help. Purging that much is going to destroy your body. You will lose your hair, screw up your metabolism, look sickly all the time, and can even lead to death. You should be eating at least 1200 cal a day. running obviously fine. You are depriving yourself and that is why you are binging. I binge alot too and have eating issues. I am seeing a counselor, seeing a dietition, and writing in a journal what i eat and how i feel. I have the same view of myself as you do, but I know I need help and am getting it. I suggest you do too.

are you kidding? you definitely have a problem and NEED to get help for it immediately. I'm not joking. Your life could depend on it. You need help. This isn't something you can conquer on your own. Please, please get the help you need. This is a sickness just like cancer or diabetes, or heart disease. If you had those, you would see a doctor wouldn't you? Eating disorder is no different. Do it for yourself, and if you despise yourself, and don't feel worthy of help, then do it for the friends and family that love you, please.

Yes.. You have an eating disorder. With everything you said, you obviously know it. So why are you asking? Tell your parents or family. And go get some help before you kill yourself. And yes, you will.

ya i think you do have a problem. you need to tell someone who you really trust. depending on how bad it is you may need professional help. try to eat small snacks through out the day this way you are less likely to feel full and want to vomit

You should definelty talk to your doctor about that. An eating disorder is a serious thing, not something to fool around with. Take it from me, I'm a bulimic.
